TERMS &
CONDITIONS
BOOKINGS
The period of time allocated for which we will 'hold' a tentative booking of products is one week. If after this period the booking has not been confirmed in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below, then the product may be withdrawn and the good/s re-hired.

DEPOSIT
A 50% deposit of the estimated total cost of the hire is required within 7 days upon confirmation of booking. Deposits may be made via the following methods - cash, direct debit, personal cheque, business cheque or credit card.

The deposit is non refundable if event is cancelled with less than 1 month (4 weeks) notice. Any 'special orders' must be paid for in full and in advance.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
payment of the balance of the invoice after the deposit is received is required 10 working days prior to the function date. Payment maybe made via the following methods-

Cash, direct debit, personal cheque, business cheque or credit card.

RETURN OF GOODS
All items must be returned on the first working day after the function date and checked off with a nominated representative of something borrowed wedding hire. Late fees may apply.
